So I was bored.... and this happened. Like what is dis witchcraft. I actually did an icon that looks decent! And I also discovered that doing pixel eyes is so fun. So. Fun. (no sarcasm, it really was fun) I might even open up some icon commissions now! Yay! Animating the eyes was actually pretty easy, but doing that snow took some time because I duplicated some layers so I had to go back and redraw the snow. I plan to make this little guy into a new character at some point.
